Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Course

Course Overview
   The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate is the most recognized and sought after agile credential!
   The Scrum Alliance (scrumalliance.org) is the certifying body for CSMs (as well as other Scrum certifications).
   In Judy’s CSM course, you will not only learn the principles of practice of Scrum to pass the CSM online test (and you will pass the test! ☺︎), you’ll get lots of real-world examples and practical advice on how to apply those principles and practices in your organizational setting.
   The Scrum Guide (Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber) is the guiding document for CSM class.  You will discover all the Core Scrum roles, artifacts and events through discussion and fun exercises that are paramount to making you a successful Scrum Master.  Extended topics such as scaling, distributed teams, and estimation techniques are also covered!!

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Course

Course Overview
   The Certified Scrum Master (CSPO) certificate is geared towards those who are responsible for product management and those who support the Product Owner!
   The Scrum Alliance (scrumalliance.org) is the certifying body for CSPOs (as well as other Scrum certifications).
   In Judy’s CSPO course, you will spend two full days immersed in all things Product Owner.  We’ll explore in depth the role of the Product Owner and his or her responsibilities to the Scrum Development Team as well as the Product itself.  We’ll dive into long-term planning such as Visioning and Roadmapping, and Product Backlog management.  We’ll get knee deep in how to write and manage good agile requirements (and talk about user stories!).  We’ll do all this with a good mix of discussion and fun exercises.
